Yup, it's the smexy Haku (or Kohaku or whatever) from Hyao Miyazaki's Spirited Away. Just a rough sketch, with some touching-up and finalizing, cuz I really didn't feel like coloring it in 
lazy me. Yeah, I do draw dragons, they just take me longer to draw than horses lol so I don't often do them. Haku would be just as hot if they changed his English voice actor, cuz it's his voice that's just... ugh-ish
