Arian

Ooh! I really like this one. It was a pain in the butt doing the mane, but that runed out very nicely. This work was inspired by Silvarn's Cartoonized Forest Wolf. The name Arian means silver in Welsh, which is appropiate for this horse's silvery palette.

The ornament in the horse's mane in the upper-right corner area is supposed to be a fish hook of some sort and the feather on the right side in the mane is supposed to be that of a bluejay's. I don't think that there's such thing as a blue water lily, but that's what the flower in the horse's mane is supposed to be. I couldn't really find a place for the ears that wouldn't look awkward, so I'm just saying that they're behind the flower and the other is covered underneath this horse's ridiculously thick and long mane lol.

I don't know what breed this 'water horse' resembles, but it looks to me like it would be an Andalusian or a Lustiano. I also have the lineart in my scraps if anyone wants to give this horse a shot at coloring. That's all for now!

{edit} I went in and CG'd the horse just to test out a CG tutorial by Shilin. It turned out sooo much better!!!
